Refunds and payment processing fees

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment provider at the time of purchase and are not returned to Embodied Intelligence when a refund is issued.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will exclude any non-refundable processing fees already charged by the payment provider. For example, if you paid 100 in the applicable currency and the processing fee was 3, the maximum refundable amount would be 97.
